Note - This course is for individuals who have done some work to heal their relationship with food and are looking for ways to “fine tune”. If you are new to the Intuitive Eating framework and are looking to heal all aspect of your relationship with food (addressing fullness as well as hunger cues food guilt/shame, inner critic, movement, body respect, and gentle nutrition) my Feel Good For Life course may be a better fit for you.

*I use the word "overeating” and phrase “portion control” on this page because they are commonly use words/phrases. Throughout this course, you will learn that your body has it’s own internal “portion control” system. Instead of needing to worry about monitoring your portions, you will learn to trust your body to tell you what, when and how much it needs. “Overeating” is another frequently used term, however I prefer to say “eating beyond comfortable fullness” instead.
