Our work together will start with a 60 minute initial consultation, where we will get to know each other, review your health and diet history and begin to look at your relationship with food and your body. We will discuss the reasons why you want to make a change and identify what goals you hope to achieve through coaching. This initial consultation will help us develop a big picture game plan to get you where you want to go. Our follow-up sessions are used to discuss strategies to help you move towards your goals while overcoming obstacles and barriers. Many clients often wonder how many sessions they will need to reach their goals. This really depends on what your goal is, your readiness to change, your past dieting history, and the type of support you currently have. I recommend my premium program for clients with a long dieting history or for those current engaging in disordered behaviors as it includes all-access between-session support. Consultations are available on a per session basis to offer financial flexibility, however, between session support is not provided with this option. My FGD Self-guided Intuitive Eating Program is available as well for anyone that prefers to do this work on their own. This program is for individuals that are NEW to the Intuitive Eating process and are looking to heal their relationship with food. This self-guided program is designed to coincide with the Intuitive Eating book (not included - purchase here) to help you implement the principles into your life. Perfect for individuals that would rather work on their own at their own pace. Program participants always have the ability to add on 1-on-1, 30 or 60 minute sessions for additional support.
