What's the Timeline?


This program uses a combination of readings, recorded trainings, interactive modules and group coaching sessions to help you master the Intuitive Eating framework. All group session dates will be listed on application form when enrollment reopens.

What's the Cost?

This 5-month program is a one-time payment of $1,895 or 5 monthly payments of $399. Think of this program as an investment in yourself. You'll acquire the skills and tools you need to live life as an Intuitive Eater and never spend a dime on diet culture ever again. You may use a HSA/FSA card.

What if I realize I need a bit more support?

No worries-we all have different needs! If at any point throughout this program (and even after the program ends) you realize you need more support, you can schedule a 1-on-1 session with me.*

How do I know if I'm the right fit for this program?

I want to make sure I create as safe a space as possible and ensure that all participants get the most out of this process. For this reason, I have an application process. By completing the application, I can identify if this program is a good fit for you. If it is unclear from the application, I'm happy to chat with you further to discuss.


I'm not sure I can afford this.

One of the first activities I have participants do is estimating their “diet culture bill”. They add up all of the money they've spent in the pursuit of thinness. Many participants estimate thousands if not hundreds of thousands over their lifetime. This program is an investment in the tools you need to NEVER spend another dime on diet culture again. Is your physical and mental health worth $1,895?? HECK YES!! (Keep in mind you can use a HSA/FSA card). That being said, this program is meant to alleviate stress in your life. If joining this program means you don't have money for food, rent or other important bills, then this isn't the right fit at this time. If you’re serious about healing your relationship with food, but aren’t able to commit financially, I would recommend checking out my Feel Good For Life Program.


Five months feels like a long commitment. Why is your program this long?

How long have you been dieting for? If you are like most of my clients, it's probably 5, 10, 15, 20+ years. Often times folks try this work for a few weeks and give up because they aren't noticing any shifts. Since you've likely dieted for YEARS and you continue to live in a world that is dieting around you, it is going to take time for this material to sink in and start to click. Five months gives you time to experiment and acquire all the tools you need to live a life of food freedom.


I feel like I've tried everything and failed. How do I know this will actually work?

Intuitive Eating is not something you can pass or fail. There will be no more "falling off the wagon" because there is no longer a wagon. Intuitive Eating is unlike any diet you've tried before, because is not a diet! It's a complete shift in your mindset and relationship with food. I know plenty of past clients have had this concern. I'd encourage you to look at some of the feedback they've left on the program or watch the lives I've done with past participants on Instagram (my conversation with Rachel addresses this exact question - scroll up to watch "Rachel's Story").

What kind of support is there between meetings?

My group participants (and I) become very close during this process. The world will continue to diet around you, so the members of your group become your support system. You will be part of a group message thread that all members (and I) are highly active on. The feedback that I’ve received from past participants is that having this thread for on-going support is one of the most valuable parts of the program.

Will I lose weight on this program?

Intuitive Eating is a weight-neutral framework. This means we allow the body to do what it is going to do in the healing process. If you are actively trying to lose weight, this will not be the right fit for you. This is NOT an intentional weight loss program.
